Guest Wifi

Guest WiFi is available in all County buildings. To use the Benton County Guest WiFi, you will be asked to accept Benton County’s terms and conditions upon connection. 

If your laptop or other electronic device uses a VPN, it may not connect to Guest WiFi. Other security protocols may also limit your ability to connect, depending on how your personal or work device is configured.

To connect:

  • Open your device’s wireless/WiFi settings and search for connections.
  • Connect your device to “BCGuestWiFi”.
  • A window will open asking you to accept the terms and conditions..
    • This window is the guest WiFi acceptance page.
    • If this page does not automatically open, open your favorite web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and it should redirect to the WiFi acceptance page. If it does not, disconnect and reconnect to the WiFi.
  • Read through the acceptance criteria and click “OK”.

If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, you will be unable to connect to Guest WiFi.

Connections will remain for up to 8 hours. Moving between locations may need reconnection to Guest WiFi.
